Dr. Cheng-Kui (Tony) Huang is currently Professor at the Department of Business Administration, National Chung Cheng University, and has served as Chair since August 2024.

He moves fluidly between academia and industry — beyond teaching and research, he continues to provide big data and AI consulting and training services to enterprises, government agencies, and healthcare institutions, combining deep academic grounding with extensive hands-on industry experience.
